Click 'Get Started' on the homepage. Enter your email and password, then verify with the 6-digit OTP sent to your inbox. Your account is active immediately after verification.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by asset and are shown on the Deposit page. For XRP, you must also account for the XRPL network reserve (currently 1 XRP base reserve). Very small deposits may not be economically viable to process.

XRP and XLM transactions confirm on-chain in seconds. Once your transaction is detected on the blockchain, your balance is typically credited within 1–6 hours depending on network conditions. If your deposit has been pending more than 24 hours, contact support with your transaction hash.

A Destination Tag is a number you must include when sending XRP to XamanProtocol. Because many users share one platform address, the Destination Tag identifies which account should receive credit. Omitting it means we receive the funds but cannot automatically credit your account.

Rewards are calculated as: Principal × (APY ÷ 100) × (Days Active ÷ 365). For example, 500 XRP at 10% APY for 30 days earns approximately 4.11 XRP. Fixed locked pool APYs are guaranteed for the lock duration. Flexible pool rates may vary.

Locked staking positions (7-day, 30-day, 90-day pools) cannot be unstaked before the maturity date. Only flexible pool positions allow early withdrawal at any time.

Go to Dashboard → Staking and click the Xaman button. Scan the QR code with your Xaman app and approve the Sign-In request. Your wallet connects immediately. On mobile, tap 'Open in Xaman' instead of scanning the QR.

XamanProtocol never requests or stores your private keys or seed phrases. For Xaman staking, your private key stays on your phone — only transaction signatures are shared. For standard account deposits, you send from your own wallet to the platform's deposit address.

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Security → Enable 2FA. Install an authenticator app (Google Authenticator or Authy), scan the QR code shown on screen, and enter the 6-digit code to confirm. Save your backup codes in a secure place.

If you forgot your password, click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and follow the email reset flow. If your 2FA isn't working, check that your device time is set automatically. If you've lost access to your 2FA device, contact support for identity verification.

APY stands for Annual Percentage Yield. It's the annualized return on your staked amount. A 10% APY on 1,000 XRP would earn approximately 100 XRP over one full year. Locked pool APYs are fixed at the time of staking. Flexible pool APY may change.

Most withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours. Withdrawals are verified on-chain before funds are released. During high-volume periods or weekends, processing may take up to 48 hours.
