Deposit Statuses Explained

Understand what Pending, Active, and Rejected deposit statuses mean and what to do in each case.

Pending

What it means: Your deposit transaction has been detected on the blockchain, but our team has not yet reviewed and approved it.

What to do: Wait for review to complete. Most deposits are processed within 1–6 hours. No action is required on your part.

Active

What it means: Your deposit has been reviewed, verified, and credited to your account. The funds are now reflected in your balance and are available for staking or withdrawal.

What to do: Nothing — your funds are ready to use.

Rejected

What it means: The deposit could not be credited. Common reasons include:

  • Incorrect or missing memo/destination tag
  • Transaction not found on the blockchain
  • Suspected duplicate submission
  • Amount below minimum

What to do: Check the rejection reason shown in your activity feed. If you believe the rejection is in error, contact support with your transaction hash.

Can a Rejected deposit be reversed?+
If your deposit was rejected due to a memo issue but funds were received, our support team can manually credit it after verification. Contact support with your TXID.
My deposit has been Pending for over 24 hours — is this normal?+
Most deposits complete within 6 hours. If yours has been pending over 24 hours, contact support with your transaction hash.
Will I be notified when my deposit is approved?+
