Staking Issues

Troubleshoot common staking problems including failed stakes, missing rewards, and maturity issues.

Stake Position Not Appearing

If you opened a stake but it doesn't appear in your positions:

  1. Refresh the page — positions update in real time but may need a refresh.
  2. Check your activity feed for a stake creation event.
  3. If you used the Xaman flow, check that the transaction was confirmed on XRPL and the modal showed a success screen.
  4. Contact support if the position doesn't appear within 15 minutes.

Insufficient Balance Error

You cannot stake more than your available account balance. Ensure:

  • Your deposit has been approved (status: Active)
  • You are not trying to stake funds currently in a pending deposit
  • You have enough balance for the minimum stake amount plus any fees

Rewards Not Matching Estimate

Small differences between estimated and actual rewards are normal due to:

  • Rounding in the display estimate
  • Exact timing of daily reward calculations
  • For flexible pools, APY may have changed

For significant discrepancies, contact support.

Matured Position Not Showing as Claimable

If a locked position has passed its maturity date but doesn't show a Claim button:

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Check that today's date is after the maturity date shown in the position details.
  3. Contact support if the issue persists.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I close a locked staking position before maturity?+
No. Locked positions cannot be unstaked before the maturity date. Only flexible positions allow early withdrawal.
My flexible stake was automatically closed. Why?+
Flexible positions do not auto-close. If your position is no longer showing, contact support.
