Stake Position Not Appearing
If you opened a stake but it doesn't appear in your positions:
- Refresh the page — positions update in real time but may need a refresh.
- Check your activity feed for a stake creation event.
- If you used the Xaman flow, check that the transaction was confirmed on XRPL and the modal showed a success screen.
- Contact support if the position doesn't appear within 15 minutes.
Insufficient Balance Error
You cannot stake more than your available account balance. Ensure:
- Your deposit has been approved (status: Active)
- You are not trying to stake funds currently in a pending deposit
- You have enough balance for the minimum stake amount plus any fees
Rewards Not Matching Estimate
Small differences between estimated and actual rewards are normal due to:
- Rounding in the display estimate
- Exact timing of daily reward calculations
- For flexible pools, APY may have changed
For significant discrepancies, contact support.
Matured Position Not Showing as Claimable
If a locked position has passed its maturity date but doesn't show a Claim button:
- Refresh the page.
- Check that today's date is after the maturity date shown in the position details.
- Contact support if the issue persists.
