What Is a Withdrawal?
A withdrawal transfers funds from your XamanProtocol account balance to an external wallet address you specify. Withdrawals require an admin review before being processed.
The Withdrawal Lifecycle
Step 1 — Submit Request
In your dashboard, click Withdraw, select the asset and amount, and enter your external wallet address. Double-check the address — blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.
Step 2 — Request Is Queued (Pending)
Your withdrawal request is recorded. The amount is placed in a hold state — it is no longer available for staking but has not yet been sent.
Step 3 — Admin Review
Our team reviews the request: verifies your identity, checks account security, and confirms the destination address is valid. This typically takes 1–24 hours.
Step 4 — Funds Sent (Completed)
Once approved, the funds are sent to your specified address on the blockchain. The transaction hash is recorded in your activity feed so you can verify on a blockchain explorer.
Why Withdrawals Are Reviewed
Withdrawal review is a security measure that protects you:
- Prevents unauthorized withdrawals if your account is compromised
- Verifies destination addresses are valid
- Flags unusual patterns (e.g., large amounts to new addresses)
- Ensures regulatory compliance
This extra step may add time, but it significantly reduces the risk of loss due to fraud or mistakes.
Withdrawal Fees
XamanProtocol charges a small withdrawal fee to cover blockchain network fees and processing. The exact fee for each asset is shown on the withdrawal form before you confirm. Fees are deducted from the withdrawal amount.
Minimum Withdrawal Amounts
Minimum withdrawal amounts are set per asset and displayed on the withdrawal form. Requests below the minimum cannot be processed due to the blockchain network fees relative to the amount.
