2FA Code Not Working

If your 2FA code is rejected:

  1. Check device time: Your authenticator app relies on your device clock. Go to Settings and ensure your device time is set automatically.
  2. Wait for next code: Codes are valid for 30 seconds. Wait for the next 30-second window and try the fresh code.
  3. Use backup code: If you saved backup codes when setting up 2FA, you can use one of those to log in.

Account Locked

Accounts are temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts. Typically you need to wait 30–60 minutes, then try again. If the lock doesn't clear, contact support.

Lost Access to 2FA

If you've lost your 2FA device and don't have backup codes:

  1. Contact support via official channels.
